In the morning, after a good night’s sleep, you may enjoy a rich and wholesome breakfast in our cosy parlour. Since it is considered the most important meal of the day, we only serve selected products in our restaurant in Fiè allo Sciliar. You may choose between hearty cold cuts and fresh eggs, butter and yoghurt and other treats. Our delicious jams and marmalades are home-made. For a fresh vitamin kick, we also offer a selection of seasonal fruit and berries. With such a breakfast, you will have plenty of energy for an exciting day of hiking, mountain climbing or skiing!
Pizzeria in Fiè – Full board or half board?
It is important to us that our guests feel comfortable and get exactly what they want. That’s why we do not offer fixed menus in our restaurant in Fiè allo Sciliar. Instead, you may order á la carte and enjoy the dishes you like most. Choose between traditional South Tyrolean dishes and Italian cuisine. Enjoy South Tyrolean bacon dumplings or a delicious Italian pizza! Our kitchen chef Karl is looking forward to pampering you with fresh products from the farm and from the region!
At the restaurant in Fiè allo Sciliar we work with fresh and regional products
The foods we produce at the farm include not only sweet jams and marmalades. Chef Karl also uses eggs, freshly harvested vegetables and potatoes crisp salads and aromatic herbs to create his savoury dishes. Furthermore, the meat, the cold cuts, and the bacon, which we serve in our guesthouse, come partly from our own production. Chef Karl successfully grows his own artichokes to enhance salads and Mediterranean dishes with this wonderful crop. Another specialty ingredient in our restaurant in Fiè allo Sciliar is buckwheat, which we call “Schwarzplenten”. From this grain, we produce delicious cakes and other traditional South Tyrolean dishes.

Our guests particularly like the cosy ambience in our house, and as soon as the weather permits, they love to sit on our wonderful garden terrace with a view of Mount Sciliar. In the summer, we also organize barbecue evenings close to our vegetable garden; and in the autumn, we offer traditional Törggelen. Coleslaw and dumplings, bacon and cheese, donuts and chestnuts are served accompanied by young wine. This is how we live the traditions of South Tyrol in a unique and, above all, delicious way.
